LUISA MARIA GONZALEZ-JONES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The attached application is for any Union High School student that is continuing their education in a Vocational School, College, or University in the United States of America.
Proof of acceptance in a post-secondary school is required with the application. There is no fee for this application and any gender, race or religion shall be considered.
An essay should be included on the topic of “What does an education mean to me and how it can benefit yourself and others?”
The recipient of this award will be determined by members from the Union Council of the Knights of Columbus, the Columbian Club of Union, the Columbiettes of Union, and Gregory Jones.
All applications will be admitted to these members anonymously and the recipient will be declared based on the essay presented.
The recipient will receive $500.
