Presidents Message:
Hurricanes, Earthquakes, & Floods- We’ve had some extreme weather this year. I hope everyone is enjoying the nice fall weather and I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Columbiette meetings on Tuesday nights.
We are here to help and serve the less fortunate. It really does feel good knowing that we are helping others in our community and around the world.
Our “Family Dinner Nights” are continuing on the third Thursday of each month along with the Knights. Dinner is served at 630 pm. Come on out and have a great meal, and bring a friend or the entire family. This is a great, steady fundraiser for us.
“Haunted Hallows Eve”….what can I say!!…it had it all…creepy, scary, candy, prizes, costumes and it was all completely free to all the children that attended.
The Knights are also having their fall food drive Nov. 4, 5,and,6th at A & P and Seabra supermarkets. If you’d like to help, call Steve S at 908-477-7133. Food can also be dropped off at the Council Hall.
Our Christmas party is set for Friday, Dec. 9. We all had a great time last year. Come on out and enjoy yourselves. YOU DESERVE IT!!!
See You All Soon,
Gina Zangari
Columbiette President
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other people’s opinions drown out your inner voice. And most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
